Business Service Packages

Whether your Business is in its infancy, or you have a well-established business and need straight-forward, no-fuss monthly bookkeeping services, then both The Essential & Full Monthly Service Packages will suit you, providing your business with the simple support you are looking for. These packages have been designed for businesses both under and closely over the vat threshold with a turnover up to £150k without too much complexity in their functionality.

Divine Bookkeeping will maintain your monthly accounts within an online accountancy software or using a bespoke Excel template (non-VAT registered Sole Traders only). Basic management reports will be provided in a timely manner to give you an overview of your financial data in a simple format. VAT preparation and filing on a quarterly basis come complete with the Full Service Package following MTD compliance requirements.

If you have a well-established growing Business, wanting to streamline your expenditure and increase your turnover to raise your business profit, developing a sustainable future for your business, then both The Premium & Advisory Monthly Service Packages will provide you with the additional management reporting and KPI analysis you need. These packages have been designed for VAT-Registered Businesses with a turnover of over £150k, offering more transactional tracking and financial analysis, getting deep into your financial data and assisting with vital decision-making processes.

Through the use of online software, these packages offer valuable Advisory Services for your Business. FAQs

How do I sign up?

Once you have decided on your perfect package, just email me using the Contact Me page expressing your interest, summarising what it is that you do and which package you are interested in. I will then give you a call and get you started. Within my onboarding process I will require identification checks for AML purposes and signing of documents to onboard you. If you are unsure about which package is right for your business, then book your free 30-minute discovery call using my bookings page. We can then choose the right package to suit your business and get you started.

How do I transfer my paperwork across to you?

Using online secure portals, you are able to upload your documents from anywhere, making this process easier for you. Or use your online accountancy software app to snap receipts on the go and link your bank statements via an auto feed directly into your chosen platform

What do you need from me?

You will simply be required to keep hold of your expense receipts at the time of purchase. Either snap these using cloud accounting apps or upload to a secure online portal for me to retrieve. All your sales invoices and expense receipts along with your bank statements will then recorded and all transactions with be reconciled against your bank statement to provide full and complete annual accounts. You won’t need to input any data.

What will I need to do on a monthly basis?

Every month you will be required to ensure I have copies of all the paperwork relating to sales invoices and expense receipts that are showing though on your bank statement in order for me to capture everything. Any cash receipts will also need to be sent to me or uploaded onto your accountancy software, so I have visibility of them. That’s it! I will take it from here.
